Day 2 of Puppy Litter
Sandy is finished with her birthing and we have 10 healthy, beautiful Labrador Retriever puppies.  Here's the run down:  1 Black female, 3 Black males, 4 Yellow Females, and 2 Yellow Males.  At least, this is the list that was made as the puppies were born.  We always double check to make sure that in our exhaustion we didn't record one incorrectly.  I have posted pictures of the dam and sire on http://kenthwing.tripod.com/puppies_2008 I will probably post some puppy pictures tomorrow.  I plan to keep the pictures updated as the pups grow. 

Birthing Day
The Thwing Family is winding up a day of excitement watching Sandy, our Labrador Retriever, give birth to her litter of puppies.  We're pretty sure she is finished although we will keep a close eye on her through the night.  We have black and yellow, male and female.  They are all healthy and beautiful.  We will update our photo album and give more particulars in our blog entry tomorrow.
